RESULTS 2007

The 2007 ABC International Championship/Classics were conducted from March 21-27, 2007 at the Mingo Sportsman Club in Smithfield, OH, and hosted by the The International Brittany Club again this year.  The weather was very nice this year, making it comfortable for all the participants, judges and spectators.

We would like to thank everyone who came to this years event for their support of this trial.  Participants came from Tennessee, New Jersey, Delaware, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Connecticut and the surrounding states.  Also thanks to the pros who came and supported this year.  They included Tom Tracy, Ben Lorenson, Mark Beran, and newly relocated Brian and Helen Riggle.

We would like to thank Purina for their continued support which helps make this trial a success, and the Mingo Sportsman Club for the use of their grounds.  The club members are always helpful in planting birds, organizing dinners, and filling in wherever else necessary to keep the trial running smoothly.

Judges for this year's Open All Age Championship were: Cliff Mesnard and Jim Wallace.  The Amateur All Age judges were Charlie Brown and Don Whittington.  This year's event saw the addition of an Open Shooting Dog Classic, which was judged by Richard Barnes and Bill VanDeweerd.
